In the tourism field, DMC is the acronym for Destination Management Company. A DMC specializes in managing group travel and corporate events, offering professional logistics services, program design, and activities in tourist destinations.

Almost anything. Primarily, DMCs coordinate accommodation, ground transportation, excursions, activities, entertainment, meals, decor, and audiovisual.

MICE is the acronym for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. DMCs specialize in working on this tourism and travel industry business segment.

Our response standard is that within one (1) business day, you will receive an initial email with an initial proposal and estimated costs.

In American dollars.

What payment methods do you accept? 

Our bank account is in the United States. We accept domestic transfers within the United States by ACH, Zelle, and wire. For international payments, we accept wires. We also accept credit card payments for domestic and international payments, although some fees may apply.

We send our proposals detailed by item, transparently presenting the net cost for each service. In other words, we do not mark up the prices provided by our vendors. We demonstrate our management fee and operational expenses separately.

ESA has Project Managers in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina.
