Rafael Troiano

Rafael graduated in advertising and marketing in Brazil, his country of origin. His early career began in 2004 at an event scenery company. He worked in almost all areas of the infrastructure and commercial side of the events market until becoming a Project Manager. Rafael is a big dreamer and a great creator, making real all of his client's dreams.

His favorite city is Madrid, where he had the opportunity to live for five years and gain experience and knowledge of the international way of working. His favorite sport is basketball, taking advantage of the more than 2 meters of height. Rafael joined ESA in late 2020.
